This site sells VPS quite cheaply. 7$ for a VPS 4 Core 8Gb ram

Network speed: Normal
NVMe Hard Drive Write Speed: Very Poor
SSD vs HDD Write Speed: bad.
Support: Poor, Email Support so long response time. If you know English, it's better to call.
Experience: Very bad (After 2 weeks of use, I found it very bad, often server down).
Conclusion: not as good as Digitalocean or Vultr.
