Withe the New content limit add-on protecting from flooding, you can set the Minimum time between messages function from 30 seconds to 0 seconds. User will no longer have to wait 30 seconds between creating new messages.

- Download Andy-NewContentLimit-1.2.zip and unzip it.
- Copy the src/addons/Andy/NewContentLimit directory to your server.
- From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
